Digital transformation for high-quality online training
Learning Hub “Digital transformation” for high-quality online training is dedicated for adult educators-practitioners, adult education organisations’ managers and adult education organisations’ staff. It aims to provide learning opportunities for adult educators and adult education organisations for effective implementation of the digital transformation corresponding to the learners’ needs.
The Learning Hub consists of four main parts:
- E-Toolkit “Quality assurance for digital transformation in adult education organisation to high-quality inclusive online training” aims to support resilience and build capacity of adult education organisations and their educational staff for implementing the digital transformation for high-quality inclusive online training.
This tool consists of:
- the introduction presenting the e-Toolkit, contextualizing the need for developing online learning for adult education organizations and emphasizing the urgent need for digital transformation,
- detailed Strategic recommendations how to develop the digital transformation plans in adult education organisation, case studies – examples of digital transformation plans in different adult education organisations, questionnaire for analysis of the situation with digitalization in the adult education organisation,
- methodology to measure the quality of developed online training course guiding managers and staff of adult education organizations through the process of measuring the quality of the developed (or acquired) online training course before its implementation for adult learners,
- monitoring methodology to measure the effectiveness of providing the online training course guiding managers and staff of adult education organizations on how to involve adult learners in monitoring and measuring the quality of the online training course they have participated in.
- Assessment tool to assess the adult educators’ digital competence for digital transformation giving the possibility to obtain the micro-credential “Digital Transformator” to be completed before and after the Open Online Course (see point 3) in order to measure the impact of the training.
- Open Online Course (OOC) “Developing adult educators digital competences for digital transformation to high-quality inclusive online training” consisting of an introductory video and 6 online learning modules:
- Developing digital competence of adult educators’ to choose digital resources for inclusive online training.
- Developing adult educators’ digital competence to plan and organise digital learning.
- Developing adult educators’ competence to use of digital technologies to assessment strategies.
- Developing digital competence to motivate and involve learners to use digital education.
- Presentation of a good example of the transformed digital classroom “Gender Equality on the labour market” to practice the digital competencies on delivery the subject-specific online training for adult learners.
- Introduction of the quality assurance procedures in digital transformation.
- Guide for adult education organisation’s management staff “How to use Learning Hub for implementing the digital transformation to high quality online training” containing the recommendations how to integrate the Learning Hub into the educational strategy of adult education organisation.
